Police were dispatched to the area of Penn Ave and Harrison St for 18 shots fired, detected by ShotSpotter, at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday night. On arrival crews found multiple vehicles with damage from gun fire but neither the suspect, nor the victim, remained on the scene.
