ALERT: Worcester - SWAT Teams Operating on Colby Ave Following Multi-Victim Shooting

Tactical units are currently on the scene of a multiple shooting with a suspect still holed up in a home

At approximately 8:40 a.m. on Friday, July 7th, 2023, the Worcester Police Department was dispatched to 51 Colby Ave for reports of multiple parties shot in a domestic situation. Upon arrival, officers found the 2 victims, one shot in the leg and forearm and the other in the hand, in their vehicle on a nearby road.
