Putnam, Conn. - A man has passed away after the tractor trailer he was operating rolled over in the high-speed lane of I-395 Northbound early Friday morning. At approximately 3:51 a.m. on Friday, July 21st, 2023, the East Putnam Fire Department was dispatched to I-395 Northbound at exit 45, Kennedy Drive, for a tractor trailer rollover.
